"The Chef's Table is the only fine dining in Provo, Utah. There are not a lot of choices besides Sundance. We've been there several times and although they boast about a great wine list, none are ever available. (I know we are in Utah but...come on) We once waited 45 minutes for our wine (I do believe that the wait staff was sent out to the local liquor store for the bottle) If you ask about their specials, there are none.... I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that doesn't offer daily or even weekly specials. The menu is always the same. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with a nice expansion recently done. However the quality of food is not there."
