"The food was really good and I would go back again. We tried of their appetizers and the BBQ. The collard greens as with the first visit had a little too much vinegar. They are good but I do like the taste of the greens and not so much vinegar. The Mac Cheese was really good as well as the cornbread.I hope that the locals start frequently this location not only for the food but also for the laid back atmosphere that it provides"

"large small bar to visit in portland. if they have a fun, well-designed experience for a small group or a romantic date with interchangeable drinks to swallow from a vulcan, then look at the best(?! Tiki bar in portland. their Pacific Island food was well made and carefully kept on a small part of the menu. try the crab rangoon dip, pulled pork and try her definitiw the mac salat. Although they did not come here to eat this, they came for the first 80% of the menu that is a perfect tiki bar of tropical drinks. a drink strength scale for the beverages ensures that this is a fun experience and really shows how the employees can keep themselves and their mules safe. the whole bar reacts to specifically thieved drinks and even if they don't drink, they get a show. don't be disappointed if they don't order a big event because someone else will. the waiting staff is always open to guide their hand when they are confused. but this place is fun! I would suggest any of the shared drinks, jet pilot and of course zombie (this drink is limit 2 per customer so drink responsibly. portland is a great place to drink and this place exemplifies it. If you are 21 and you are just looking for something else, go here and be open to the experience."

"We have been trying to find the time to eat here for months! Gotta tell you, we were not disappointed. Loved everything about Draft House! Allie was our server and she was so knowledgeable about all of the specials, menu items. She knew what drinks to pair with the items. Just an absolute asset and really bumped up an amazing meal. For our meal we had Conch Fritters for an appetizer.(forgot to take a picture) They were probably the best we've had in a long time. Hubby dined on wings. While I had the special of the day, Beef Sirloin with a butter garlic glaze over a toasted bun with onion rings and their house cole slaw. For the first time in quite a while, everything was just delicious!! Everything was cooked to perfection!! Onion rings were just that perfect golden you'd expect. Coleslaw wasn't that mess everyone has been serving lately. Can not wait to return for more outstanding food and service!!"

"It 's been a few years since I 've been at a Cheesecake Factory, I recall it being a bit more higher-end (more like a step above Houlihans), but this location was NOT that; it felt dated and service was slow/sub-par to the point we saw two tables leavewhile we were there (supposedly computers went down). Not all the silverware was thoroughly clean. In addition, our serverwasn 't sharp. I had to repeat and remind the server of our drink order (one drink was missing, claimed I didn 't order it, butthen looked at his book and saw it was there and apologized) as well as forgot the dressing for my salad. One of the entreesnever arrived we had to flag down our waiter to follow up with the kitchen, it came 15-20 min after the other 2 had alreadyarrived (to the point food started getting cold) and our server barely followed up with us. He was nice when he was there buthis niceness did not make up for the poor service. Food was okay and the selection was vast (almost old-school diner like) somany options including low carb/calorie options (which was nice to see). Entree portions were filling but seems a bit light forthe price. The best value IMO is the Renee 's special, soup, salad, and sandwich. And if you 're looking for a healthier dessertoption, I recommend the low-calorie no sugar added Low-Licious Cheesecake, that was surprisingly good! These positives notes arethe only reason why I gave this location 2-stars, I 'm probably not returning to this location, I recall a better experience atthe Garden City location, so I 'll go there IF I decide to give Cheesecake Factory another shot."

"When dining at a national chain restaurant, you can expect consistent food quality, predictable service, and pricing. During our visit on Father's Day, we were informed of a 30-45 minute wait, but were pleasantly surprised when we were seated in just 25 minutes. The greeter's strategy of underestimating the wait time worked well in keeping guests happy. Once seated, we received a warm greeting and our drinks were served promptly. The fried Mac and Cheese balls were particularly delicious. The staff efficiently cleaned and prepared tables, and the bathrooms were clean. However, there seemed to be a shortage of wait staff, possibly due to the busy holiday. Some tables expressed disappointment in the service and wait times. Additionally, there was a shortage of napkins, as they were not provided until requested."

"One of my favorite restaurants, Cheesecake Factory has a wide range of food and drink options and the service here has always been amazing. At this visit we got the grilled chicken and avocado club, fish tacos, and a slice of the classic basque cheesecake, which is a creamy and delicious burnt-top cheesecake. Portion sizes do run fairly large here, but it is easy tosplit main courses among family and friends. The only downside is that this location tends to get very busy during peak hours,and wait times can go up to one hour. As a reference, we went around 1 PM and had a 20 minute wait, but we have previously goneat 4 pm and it took an hour to be seated. I do think the wait is worth it, and I believe CF now takes reservations online sothat is worth checking out if you dont want to risk a wait. Regardless, they do send you a message on your phone when your tableis ready, and you are given a serving of brown and white bread with butter while you wait for your food to come out. I alsorecommend their Impossible Burger, their vegan option, as it tastes amazing too. Overall highly recommend as the service,ambience, and food are all great."
