"I absolutely never post bad reviews. Running a restaurant is hard. But this experience was so bad that I feel compelled to write this. I came to this restaurant 4 years ago and it was one of my best experiences in Puerto Rico. The staff was great, the food was great. I was excited to come back. However, this time none of those things were true. We had made a reservation to sit at the bar. We got there and were told bar seating wasn’t possible that night due to issues with the computer system. Ok, no problem. Only not more than a couple minutes after we were sat a table, multiple other parties were seated at the bar. Then the drinks were so weak I’m not actually convinced there was alcohol in them. We ordered 3 appetizers which took forever to come, and when they did, they were barely a step above airport food. There was nothing Cuban about them. Just overly fried bar food garbage. By the way, chicharrones (normally pork but here was chicken) is not the same as chicken wings, and awful ones at that. I don’t know what happened but this place has turned into a tourist trap from hell. I was so disappointed and angry that I’m writing this now. We called it quits after the appetizers, it took forever to pay, and staff couldn’t have cared less. So many great places in Puerto Rico…avoid this one like the plague."
