"Since the Jefferson Diner was in the Food Network, the food is downhill while the prices have risen. I've been a lot to this diner. I'll never go there again today after this last trip. I met a friend there. She got a cup of Lobster Bisque soup a Hamburger Parmigiana plate with Fritten, she wanted waffleries so she was extra charged and I got a cheeseburger. No fries, nothing. It's $27.50. $27.50.??? This is a diner!! Not any place in the lower Manhattan!!!!!!!!!!!! The hamburgers were thick, but they were terrible."

"I hate writing reviews unless I have to but this place deserves it. The Jefferson diner used to be awesome and a great place to grab a bite until a few years ago there was a noticeable change. The prices got jacked up out the roof, the service got much worse, and the food is mid at best. The place got greedy and glides by now by their old reputation and the fact they were on tv a couple times. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. There’s plenty of other better restaurants in the area."

"Great location with a great location with a deck on the water you can hear the river washing on the sand. The food is very good, I would give the crab cake four out of five stars. The receptionist was somewhat less than a bit disappointing for such a high caliber place. The waiter was good and reasonable attentive. My father got a hamburger, I got a crabcake and a glass of wine my father had with iced tea, and I think the bill was about 35 bucks."

"Still a favorite place to eat! Iâm no longer regularly in Providence, so I hadnât eaten here in several years. It was the same great experience as I remembered, and even the nearby parking garage (no valet service at lunch) had easy drop-off and a nice attendant."

"we visited as our 9-year-old dinner. it was perfect. the ambiente was calm, subtle and romantic. the personal is very friendly, friendly and courteous for our keto diet modifications at our dinner. the filet mignon was superior in taste with a melt in mouth texture. we recommend rococo for this dinner with a special one."

"Workshop at Alacena Bistro and Market is a continental fine dining experience within an upscale Marina Market. My wife and I went for my birthday and had Chef Rafael Alamo’s seven (7) course tasting menu: he offers the choice of three (3), five (5) and 7 courses. The dinner included an amuse bouche of Iberico and Manchego Fritters followed by Yellowtail Yuzu Citrus Sashimi; Compressed Watermelon and Fruit Salad with His interpretation of Green Goddess Dressing; Vegan Roasted Tomato Soup with a Spinach and House-made Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli; House-made Pumpkin Gnocchi with Grilled Lobster bites in a lobster/seafood sauce, topped with shaved Bottarga; Mahi Mahi with thin sliced Potato, Grilled Petite Bok Choy and Green Onion; Grilled Filet of Tenderloin and Miataki Mushroom served atop au jus and a purée of a unique Puerto Rican Celery Root they called Apio; dessert was a Carmel Bread Pudding made with caramelized Ron del Barrilito Puerto Rican Rum. Each course was presented by Chef Rafael with a description of the ingredients and a personal story of his inspiration for the dish. The staff includes a creative mixologist behind the bar and a General Manager who is an experienced sommelier. For groups of six they offer wine pairings with the meal. In addition to being a fabulous tasting dinner the Chef’s Table tasting menu is a very unique experience."

"I love blackmoor. Been here four times now and its always awesome. Burgers are dope, cooked perfectly and they use la frieda beef which is standard must for a good burger for sure. Nachos are a must. Grab the side of jalapeno mac and cheese. The pretzel is great too.... Did i mention they pickle their own jalapeno and chili peppers which are so damn good. Beer selelction is fantadtic and the 1 litres are so key. The ambience is big but cozy and decor is everything that a great place should have. Two thumbs"

"My mom and I stopped here to eat Friday night. They were decently crowded, but nobody waited in the lobby. We sat in the bar area, as the employee at the front said, it would be a few minutes if we wanted to sit in the dining area. The waitress who served us was also the bartender. There were some people at the bar as there were sports games so that she seemed pretty busy. Your service was still great and she checked us as much as possible. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary spectacular. Overall, it was a good experience, but it seemed like the restaurant was understated."

"Mofongo Sundays here are simply outstanding. Stay in or get it to go. Either way it will be memorable and worth the visit.My photo is of an empty plate that contained Mofongo with Chicharrones de Cerdo. "Our anniversary dinner experience was not the best. My partner's steak was sent back twice for being overcooked, and the service was slow, especially for a Saturday at 4 pm. While every restaurant has its good and bad days, we felt that for $300 including tip, the restaurant did not justify the price based on the quality of food and service we received."

"Service was horrible!! If I could give negative stars I would. The appetizers were amazing I have to say, but the main course was mediocre. Especially for the price they are charging, my wife could have made that at home. We were expecting something different, new flavors etc. We had to ask a bust boy for water because our waitress was too busy with a large party whom came in after us. Mind you we had a reservation already, another waitress literally had to come over to us and make sure everything was okay. Would not come back to this place ever again, worst experience of our honeymoon on south beach."

"giuseppes name makes our families smile to think back on our high-time day. we have set him and his team for our high-time dinner, our wedding bar service and finally added to a grilled rehearsal. all three were fantastic. he and his associates were incredibly professional and friendly not only during the menu planning/tasting process, but in any correspondence that until the high time and during the high time itself. Even the young server wished us cordially congratulations as they rushed between the kitchen and the dining room to ensure that every detail was perfect. his chef chef, chef chef rashi, greeted me when I swallowed with a smile and a congratulation in scripps. he reminded us of our second tasting that he hit from the park! all this plus wonderful service for our dinner and eating was great. the people just call and write to us to tell us how good that was eating. giuseppe and his team worked closely with us to ensure that the menu was exactly what we wanted, including some changes and adapt to our escape and help us sort our dessert selection. for our rehearsal we had their well-maintained box dinner that are honest enough to eat for two people and that was also absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop eating and they were delivered on time in these comfortable, temperature control bags. I can sincerely go to candor and ask him to revise our high-time dinner so I can eat it again. many thanks to giuseppe, chef rashi, and their entire staff for making our high time so unforgettable and special."

"this place was quiet for a Saturday dinner. the waiting staff was clean when we got in. the staff was quick to sit and get us drinks. Maybe a little too fast. my daughter demanded an icy with celestial and mango taste. Unfortunately, the waiting staff left as she said mango and the drink came back only to heaven. the drinks were quickly refilled. the appetizer was well served and hot. we enjoyed it. lunch for chicken parmigian. the pasta was cold, but had hot chicken and cheese. our other order was ravioli lasagna. the ravioli lasagna itself was great. the challenge was the coating. the lasagne was laid in a pan and the pan in a white bowl. the problem wad the pan not suitable in the bowl and every time we tried to cut a piece would slide the hot pan that made her nervous and fear it would slide into her bosom. everything in all it was good and we would go back. we can order pizza and salat."
