"While I empathize with the customers, they should also consider the business perspective. I highly recommend the hibachi soup and pork gyoza. I ordered the sirloin steak with chicken hibachi. My first impression was that the chicken could use a bit more seasoning, the rice was slightly cool, and the steak was a little tough. However, all the meal components came together well. The staff is truly amazing, and having been to several high-quality places like Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Boston, I believe they deserve more recognition than they receive online.
I get where the criticism is coming from, but perhaps they could re-evaluate their policies to enhance the pricing and overall experience for customers. Personally, I had a wonderful experience with attentive staff and plenty of delicious food. The hibachi soup is a must-try for mushroom and crab lovers. My partner also enjoyed the drinks.
