"Great place to eat some good Japanese food. The kids loved the golden California roll, and I really loved the spicy salmon roll. The red snapper that my wife had was delicious. And my katsu ramen was fantastic. Staff seemed a little bit busy so there were some minor details missed, other than that we had a great time. Great place to bring the family, or meetup with friends. Insider tip: don't sit in the booths facing the door at sunrise. Every time someone would open the door I would get a sun burst blast in the face. Literally a blinding experience! Parking: Lots of parking in a big lot."

"Food was okay. I just ordered the fried rice combo with a coke on the lunch special, which was maybe a cup of rice, small egg drop soup, and egg roll. I was shocked when the bill was $16 and the staff got really rude when I called them out on it. All I have to say is you can find the same food in any Chinese restaurant, but you will have to look around to pay any more for it."

"First of all, there are not enough positive words in the dictionary to explain how amazing this place is. I have been going to Ruby for many years now, as I was lucky enough to have a friend show me the restaurant back in 2013. Ever since the first bite I have been absolutely hooked on the incredible flavor, menu and quality of the amazing food they have to offer at this beyond perfect establishment. Their sushi is by far the best sushi I have ever had in my entire life, and by far the best in the capital region, without a doubt. The entrees are also amazing (the sesame chicken has a crunch and taste you will literally not get anywhere else) and the portion sizes are unbelievable as well. The entire setup of the place is also extremely unique and provides the perfect aesthetic for amazing sushi and more. Not to mention the unbelievably incredible service that is provided EVERY SINGLE TIME. The owners and staff have been nothing but nice every single time I have eaten here, and provide a home-like feeling when I'm there. I will always choose Ruby as the best Asian bistro in the area, and my favorite Asian bistro of all time. I love it, and if you haven't checked it out, you need to RIGHT NOW!"

"the woman and two children get out to Mother's Day, only 5 minutes waiting for a hibachi table at 15:30. super clean, even the ventilation above the grill was as new. chef was good, over the middle of the road for interaction, eating was perfectly cooked. sohn and I have shrimp and noodles, woman and daughter went with the rice. 13 shrimps with me, the rest looked around the same. came with 2 sauces, was put on others with 4 sauces. I would give him a 5 / 5 cleanliness4/5 show4/5 food not bad, one of the better in the opposite."

"I always order Uber Eats from this restaurant because it's conveniently located close to me. The food is always hot and the portions are generous. There is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Unfortunately, I have to deduct stars because they recently removed sushi from their menu on Uber Eats. I used to enjoy pairing sushi with Chinese food, so I haven't been ordering from here as frequently. I will consider giving them 5 stars again once they update their online menu."

"The service was friendly and attentive. Portions big and sushi rolls were great! There was confusion between servers on who was serving our table, so there was a minor delay on taking our order. They brought us a yummy appetizer as an apology and we thought that was above and beyond what they needed to do. My friend spilled her soup and they helped clean up and brought another soup for her. Café 101 roll is a beginner roll little overwhelming with how much they did put on them. Great for beginners not for seasoned connoisseur sushi eaters. The Skydiver roll?s mayonnaise topping brings you to heaven. My 3 favorite rolls are Belaire Roll, Flamingo Roll, and the Crazy Irishman Roll. Belaire Love it simple but perfection. Flamingo is light magical and fresh roll. Crazy Irishman Roll made me beg for more A+!"

"Ended up eating here by accident, the place we attempted to dine at moved to an upstairs location and I wasnt able to carry my stroller up a steep and narrow staircase, so we went across to Takara and we were very happy we did. "Be cautious when reserving hibachi on opentable. They display reservation times that are not actually available. We received a call an hour before our reservation informing us of this, and had to engage in multiple conversations with the manager to finally figure out how to accommodate us at a time slot 15 minutes later. This wouldn't have been an issue except it was a reservation for a double birthday party and we had guests driving in over an hour to meet us. Despite technically accommodating the reservation, our party was seated poorly and we waited at least 15 minutes before ordering a drink, another 15 to receive all the drinks, and a total of 45 minutes before we received our food order."

Who made this eat doesn't care about you. the fish also have bones and haare. I usually don't write a bad review, but today I decided to write a bad review. I have no good experience here and I liked to eat here. the delivery is 13 minutes too late, I get that my order is not the top priority, but why did this supplier come to me and make me funny for small mistakes? Anyway, I like this experience so much that I would probably not order from here anymore. customers are aware of the supplier. I'd just order it from here if it's a pick-up order."

"Went in on April 2nd and had a fine meal. We were put with another group so there were 10 people at the table. I went to get the check and gave the waiter my card tipped between 15 and 20 as the service was ok. I still believe that a tip is earned for service and not a guarantee). after signing the check the waiter comes back and askes me for another $30 for the chef. I was stunned to think that I was being told how to tip. The waiter complained that he had to share the tip. The table chef was boring. He spun an egg, onion volcano and cooked the food. If I had the chef at the next table I could understand he was having fun. We gave him another $25 just to leave as I was getting very upset."
