"Sage is a restaurant that prides itself on quality and service. We enjoyed our dinner before the ballet very much, having been there about a year ago and happy to return. Our server (Cass, I think) was well informed, quite personable, knowledgeable and accommodating with great suggestions. The Spanish guitarist added just the right touch and he was excellent. The only recommendation I have is to include a fish on the menu. There were mussels and Thai Bouillabaisse with seafood but I expected another fish would have been on the menu. The mussels were excellent, however, with added chorizo sausage and a little rigatoni at the suggestion of our server. We will return."
