"To be honest, I can't tell them how the food was in this facility, as we were as good as sold to go before we even sit. on the search for a local farewell from local jambalaya and creole eating we went to Coop’s place on the back of a youtube recommendation. the restaurant was quite busy and the waiting area was very small. the first commentary was from the busboy who dreamed a table, who called “door” as we fought to get in. not the kind of greeting we expected in a city where the inhabitants are known for their southern hospitality and manage. we have asked for a table for five and we are happy to wait a few minutes for a table. the restaurant was very laboriously lit to read the chalkboard menu. perhaps the dimming light hid a little more healthier? we were then asked for id and not in a particularly pleasant way through the waitress, the some dog ohr laminated menus coupling. it was an abrupt “ID” that we met. no “Hello” or “Welcome” only “ID”! regrettably, or should I say with thanks, two of our party have no id with them that is not a requirement in Britain. it was clear that our whole party was over 30. when we tried to explain that 2 have no id, we were hit with a very terrible “goodbye” and thus the waitress turned to their healings and went away! we were left open and amazed as we had spoken. in my 35 years in the hospitality I have never spoken so. I was stunned. some of my colleagues who also work in hospitality laughed with embarrassment. others, they have to be open. if this is how this restaurant treats its guests, then it makes me wonder how they treat their food. there are any carelessness that is shown on the product that they deliver, or it is prepared in the same way as it customers, in a slapdash, aggressiv and uncaring wise. not only that, but as we turn a corner from the epidemic, I would have thought that everyone would be precious especially in consideration of the local competition. they can take their chances with Coop’s place regarding his offer of food, but I would never lower for me to repay this establishment."
