"I made a reservation but when I arrived, the host claimed she didn't see it under my name. I explained that I had reserved through OpenTable, but she informed me that they do not accept reservations for parties of less than 6 people. After a short wait, we ordered two Bellinis, which unfortunately tasted like grapefruit juice - something my husband cannot have. We informed the waitress, who offered to replace it with a Mimosa. However, after a few sips, I found the Bellini to be too bitter to drink. When we received the bill totaling $75, the waitress informed us that her manager said she could not comp the Bellini because I had consumed it. This seemed unfair, especially since the waitress had suggested that we keep it rather than waste it. Despite the delicious food, the poor service left a bad impression on us."
