"Today is New year's Eve and we decided to eat at Island's restaurant in Glendale, mostly because, it's just a nice place to get some really good food at a fair price. You can still treat the family to a night out. Isaiah was the first person we met he was super professional and friendly. Aileen was our waitress and she was awesome. Although she was very busy, her temperament was warm, welcoming and friendly. She frequently checked our table making sure all our needs were being met. I noticed that there was really good teamwork between staff members today. Brianna, Andrew and Grayson, really worked hard and with the proper attitude. They my have had New Year's Eve plans, but they seemed genuinely pleased to be working. Although, I personally believe that they could have let the staff off early six or eight would have been a nice gesture. I do thank all of you at Island's, the cooks, bartenders, servers and the managers. I recommend this business to anyone."
