"This is such a fun store from the beginning, but I had a remarkable customer service experience. A friend's mother passed she asked if i could find some if her hard-to-find favorite candy to pass out at the funeral. I had a long to-do list, so I messaged Grandpa Joe's late at night just to clear my mind of the task. I received an immediate response they went into action trying to get the candy which was out of stock in transit. To be honest, I don't know if the candy will arrive on time for the funeral, but that is zero fault to Grandpa Joe's. I am grateful for the after- before) hours effort! Thank you!"
