"The food was very delicious. I ordered escovitch fish with pineapple fried rice and the pepper shrimp with house special fried rice. The house special fried rice was really really good. It was very delicious and I highly recommend. The fish was very tasty and I would order again. The meal wouldn't be complete without a tom boy lemonade."

"Our food was great but the service was awful. We waited 30 minutes to receive our check, as did the table next to us that had small children. During that time, our plates weren't even cleared. When our table of 6 asked for refills on drinks, she took each glass away, one at a time, and brought it back. Whenever we asked for something, such as salt and pepper, she acted as if we were putting her out or asking for something special or unreasonable. She wore a rumpled shirt that looked like she had just gotten out of bed, not something you expect for the menu price. Our service at this restaurant has never been very friendly but at least we received service."

"If you are looking for Trini style Curry Ente..this is definitely the place to go. The duck was well seasoned and very delicious. There are potatoes in the curry that I am not sure how I am, but the curry duck and the curry itself was very good. I'm with dhalpurie roti... That was also very good.. It was huge... I shared it and we had extras to go home! The waitresses were very nice and the place was decent."

"DO NOT order the sticky wings!!!!! I swear it felt like they used real glue! The wings on the bottom were literally stuck to my plate and the waffles tasted like some sort of cookie with syrup. My chicken and waffle experience here was awful as I now should've gone with my first mind and orders the jerk chicken. My wife had the shrimp and loved it. If I ever go back, chicken and waffles isn't an option"

"I wish I found this place earlier. Now that we finally found Richies, we order food once a week. There is no other place where my husband, my daughter and I all love. None of us had a bad meal and the service is excellent. The first time I went in to get my order, a woman suspected who I was, called me with name, led me into the register and got my order right away. The food quality and service is so good, I recommend you to skip the chains and come to this small, family-run gem."

"that was our first time here. we had just written 10 miles on the hiking trail in cuyahoga tal national park at an 85° day and saw it. we just searched for a new Asian place to eat and find this place. we had no idea what place it was because he couldn't say from the facade outside. I wish we hadn't seen how we did, but it was what it was, we were hungry and it smelled delicious. this is a very nice, cool, narrower place. we went on 2. juli 2022, so not only was it on the 4th juli weekend, but there were protests in the city, so it was not very crowded. we sat on the bar. the bartender was super nice and excellent at his work and attentive to us. we ordered gaygyoza, singapur nudeln and huh in garlauch, along with three sushi roles. everything was delicious. probably the most tasty meal I had in a long time. my friend also ordered a beer and I got an ice cream. $99, but this is not a place where we would go all the time and we act ourselves. we will definitely go back. it is also about a 50-minute drive from our house to come here, but will not deter me from eating there again."

"The service at this restaurant is poor. Customers always have to wait a long time for their drinks, food, and hookah. The food is average, but many customers are leaving because of the long wait times. It seems like the owners are not concerned about helping out in the kitchen or behind the bar, and would rather socialize. It's a shame to see so much potential in this place not being utilized. The owners need to pay more attention to what is going on and greet their customers with a simple hello. A friendly gesture like a smile, handshake, or a thank you goes a long way in making people feel welcome."

"I tried food today and the food is good and delicious. Just the right amount of spice. The doubles are oily. I think if not oily it would be dry, but would be nice if they found a happy medium. The oil just dips through the envelope. Ask for additional napkins. Another very strange thing is that I did not have a menu card or even pieces of paper with price when I went in. How should a customer know what you serve? I suppose if you are regular, you know what to get, but first time customer, it was not helpful and very confusing. In addition, I had to repeat my order a few times because the lady did not understand me or my lack of Trini accent. When I paid, I saw the pressure from the menu. See published pictures. I hope someone finds it helpful to change prices or items anyway. I am back here because it comfortably tastes good from the A line and food and the price is reasonable, but will be prepared next time. Maybe. I even learn the Trini accent."

"I recently visited a restaurant that left a sour taste in my mouth. The establishment was outdated and in dire need of a revamp. Upon entering, the employee at the door did not welcome us in with a smile, making us feel unwelcome. To add insult to injury, the server who attended to us seemed a bit racist and gave us subpar service. It was just us and another table, yet the server gave them better service as they were not a minority.Despite the poor service, I must admit that the food was great. The flavors were bold and the portions were generous. However, it was disappointing to have such a negative experience due to the poor service and racist undertones.As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given the same level of service as any other patron, regardless of my ethnicity. It's a shame that in this day and age, such prejudices still exist in the hospitality industry.Overall, while the food was great, the service was lacking and the establishment needs to address its outdated decor. Until they can provide equal and fair treatment to all customers, I cannot recommend this restaurant."

"I've had a bad experience before but thought I would give it another try because my daughter requested it. Once again the people who work there are the most rudest. Lady asked me to move so she could wait on someone else that she was familiar with. After asking a question about side orders, she then directed me to her boss. He was extremely rude after I asked him about the side ordersHe had the audacity to ask me move so he could wait on a familiar customer. These people have no respect for black Americans. Smdh, racism from the same color of skin."
