"At one point, this place was really good. The food always came fresh, and they had excellent customer service. But recently, they've underwent new management, and to say the least, the service is extremely disappointing. About a week ago, I made on anonline order for delivery, and the store contacted me, telling me that I needed to pick up my food. The lady who called me wasunprofessional, and I had to remind her to pay me back the delivery fee they charged me on the website. When I picked up myorder from the store, my chicken wings were stale, and the fries were soggy. The egg rolls tasted refried, and none of the foodwas fresh. I've also ordered bubble tea, but when I arrive at the store, they tell me that it wasn't available, and offered asoda as replacement."

"My boyfriend and I were thrilled to support a local business around here, especially with all of the wonderful reviews. I asked the hostess for their best dish and she gave me the garlic chili chicken and we also ordered the BBQ chicken with lo Mein and egg flower soup. I’m very sad to report that nearly every item was a disappointment. Chicken was overcooked, bland and tasted like it was old food that was refried from a previous order or day. Egg flower soup tasted like hard boiled egg water with eggs floating in it and the bbq chicken was slimy and tasted not fresh. We were both pretty grossed out.We don’t enjoy complaining and this is my first review on here, but I feel like maybe the owner would see this and feel compelled to honor people’s money for what they’re exchanging."

"Bad experience . Ordered Orange chicken and got 4 slices of chicken and orange sauce on the side not on the chicken. Call restaurant and young girl answered and giggled and said i dont know what to tell you. I asked to speak to Manager and she said they were not there. Chicken was $8.95 for 4 strips of chicken."

"update: preordered egg tarts. incredibly good and they bake them from ground so they need to order at least one day before. definitiw my favorite Chinese restaurant in the opposite of birmingham! "I love this place! Having them a a few doors down from work is so convenient, staff is amazing and the food is much more on par than most Chinese restaurants near me in Falls church/Fairfax which is surprising considering how many oriental options there are in my area. I love that they offer Chinese/Japanese menus and you can mix and match, the online ordering is super convenient and they get the food completed on time!"

"Waited 2 hrs for delivery. I called and asked for an ETA and she said he was 5 mins away. One hour later, he still wasn't here. I called and she apologized and offered to give us a free 2 liter Coke and 3 egg rolls. 2hrs later we get our food and no coke or egg rolls. I was not going to leave a review until i opened my delivery and saw they didn't send what they offered. That’s poor customer service."

"Tried One Eyed Betty’s for the first time and we would certainly be back for more! The decor inside is really brilliant. The food was great. We ordered the Brussel sprouts, Sweaty Betty, chicken sandwiches, Betty Burger and some Tacos. Everything was delicious. You have great pommes. We ordered the donut of the week Dessert to Oreo donut. It sounded like it would be very rich and sweet, but to surprise, it was very balanced. Oreo mousse and chocolate syrup were well added touches. Finally, I wanted to mention the waiter we had. Probably one of the best waiters I've ever had. He was very attentive and great to answer our questions. Thanks for a great dinner!"
