"Initially, the food arrived 45 minutes late, hence the 4-star rating. We usually have a late dinner after putting our son to bed, so we're really hungry by that time. However, when the food finally arrived, it was fantastic! Every dish was delicious and when the restaurant called to apologize for the delay, they seemed genuinely remorseful. I am willing to give them another chance and if they can deliver our order on time with the same amazing quality, I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars."
