"Love Cold Stone but this location is awful. Ordered online and arrived at the time stated but nothing had been started. Girl working gave tons of attitude when I asked for it. Took an additional 20 mins to fulfill with no other customers. Just laziness."

"2 workers were not enough for a Sunday night. Waited over half an hour for them to serve 6 people in front of us; there were no cones, ice cream was melted by the time it was served, and the restaurant was filthy. There was also a clear language barrier when anyone ordered anything that wasn’t off the signature creations menu. Management needs to step it up."

"This place is awesome! I've been doing deliveries for DoorDash and come here often to pickup orders, the staff is always incredible. Today while waiting on an order the manager was making a bunch of different creations and would use the extra as samples for anyone that wanted them. It doesn't get much better than that, 10/10 customer service!"

"Horribly mismanaged! I arrive for a Grubhub order and get told, “we’re still working on that,” “I’m too busy to do that order,” and finally after waiting 10 minutes “we don’t have any cane batter ice cream and cannot make the order….” Infuriating!!!!!"
