"The food at the restaurant was good, but I had a problem when they mistakenly added a soft drink to my bill when I had only ordered water. The waiter explained that because I had added a side to my sandwich, I was required to also order a drink. Unfortunately, there was no option to add a side without including a drink. It would have been helpful if the waiter had informed me of this policy before I placed my order. In the end, I was charged for a soft drink that I never received. The waiter refused to adjust my bill and gave a weak excuse instead."
