"I ordered an individual pizza and 6 pieces hot wings for lunch today and had problems with my debit card, I had to call the card holder to clarify it, and then, when I tried to pay for my meal, the manager insisted that she would buy my lunch today from her own pocket!!! That was great way to do it and hopefully someone at a higher level will see this and give that girls a wage increase!!! I love Athens,OH Donato and always had a positive experience with food and staff."

"On Saturday evening, my grandparents and I went to Papa Grandma's restaurant with my grandchildren, who are ages 9, 7, and 4. We enjoyed delicious pizza and had a very attentive waitress who kept our glasses full with pop refills, brought us additional crayons, and even gave compliments to the children on their coloring."

"I ordered 3 pizzas and some subs online today for the family. when I got my order, two of the pizzas were different from what I ordered. as a Super-Hingry, I called the load to fight. wyatt took up and I started with I had ordered 3 pizzas .. before I could even finish he apologized and said we recognized the error and already have the replacement order come. what amazing customer service he and the driver, they have earned my business for living!"

"I love Donatos, but 2 times in the last few weeks, I have ordered online after 9 PM and a guy calls to say they closed early at 9 instead of 10 due to short staff. Tired of the excuses. Hire more staff, change your hours in general, or shut down the online ordering when you decide to close early. Regardless, it 's not good business practice to change your hours every other day when people expect you to be open. Fix the problem! Papa John 's and Dominoes doesn 't seem to be having this issue. I seriously think they are just not busy and decide to close early to suit them at the time. Very poor customer service."

"Definitely recommend Donatoes in Marysville! I used the party room today and there were some people so they were friendly enough to give us more space. With more space I mean LITERALLY the whole place! That was not planned, but everyone was very nice about it and was more than helpful throughout the whole party! Thank you Donatoes!!"

"The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is due to their delivery times. I understand that being short-staffed can lead to delays, but when you speak to a real person instead of ordering online, it would be nice to get an update on delivery times. That said, the food at this specific Donato's is definitely a 5-star experience!"

"they made sure even in the middle of a snow storm,I still got my order delivered with no problems . they were even sweet enough too not make me walk outside in the cold too get it .they kindly brought it straight to my door. the pizza tasted amazing."
