"I visited the store yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Erica was incredibly kind and, since it was National Pretzel Day, she gave me my pretzel for free! She also provided me with a map for a complimentary drink throughout the month of May, which was such a nice gesture. The pretzel itself was delicious—warm and flavorful. I learned that they've had new owners for the past eight months, and it seems like they're doing a fantastic job. This is definitely a great spot to visit, and I highly recommend checking it out. The prices are very reasonable too!"
