"I don’t normally write reviews but the chef with the glasses is a miserable and always has an attitude and they sandwiches aren’t even all that, doesn’t make any sense to me. Most places that are new have some type of urgency but they don’t. I even try to order off the phone but they put you on hold and you can hear the whole background and they never come to the phone. I just get weird energy buying food from here SMH."

"This place is ridiculous. Waited literally 30 minutes for two sandwiches. They made one of my sandwiches that took 10 minutes then took 20 minutes to make the second one! As I watch them make several other sandwiches for people who got there after me. And the pricing is ridiculous, why is a veggie hero $13? Just because I didn’t order something off the menu? And I ordered a panini and he gave me a hero. Overall just very dumb workers who don’t care enough about their job."

"I've been living nearby for about 3 years now and they renovated during that time and somehow they have an infestation of flies in the back of the store against the wall of candy, close to where they cut their deli meats. I complained to who seemed to bethe owner who acted dismissive about it. That was couple weeks ago. I went there today and the flies are still there. I'll becalling the NYS dept of agriculture and hopefully that will make them listen. Just not sanitary. I'll change my review when theflies are gone."
