"I ordered food through Eat Street and the food arrived missing an item. I called the location and they explained to me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact Eat Street. No offer to bring me the missing item, and no apology for the inconvenience. I contacted Eat Street but all they could do was refund me for the missing item. While I appreciate the refund, that doesn't do much for me at the moment when all I really wanted was what I ordered. I do understand that this is the policy, but passing the buck instead of making it right is poor business. And the young man I spoke to on the phone was less than impressive in providing me the information and explaination I required. I understand mistakes happen but customer service goes a long way when mistakes are made."
