"I ordered a dirty chai latte. Although I neglected to specify hot or cold, it is currently 90 degrees. The barista elected to make my drink hot. I told her that forgot to ask for it iced and she said no problem, I’ll just drink the hot one. She called me over when the new order was completed. I couldn’t help but notice that the hot drink was now empty. It was clear that she poured the hot drink in a new cup and put ice in it. Needless to say, all of the ice melted immediately and my drink became watered down instantly. I asked her if she just poured ice in the hot drink, to which she replied no. She offered me more ice because the previous batch melted almost immediately. Now I have a dirty chai that is 75% water. Thanks."
