"I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered online and was told it would take about 25 minutes, but when I arrived at the shop, there were around 10-15 others waiting. Some people were quoted wait times of up to two hours. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and seeing that there were still over 10 orders ahead of me, I decided to cancel my order. I don't blame the employees; it seems like a management issue or perhaps a general staff shortage. They really shouldn't be accepting orders when they can't keep up. Based on other reviews, it seems this is a frequent problem."
