"VERY!! expensive, but the worst part was paying. I used my debit card, but they have a new system. Their machine wether you use a credit card or debit card it charges you $2.47. It does not ask if you agree to pay it and they will not tell you your paying it, it just charges you an ATM fee. Using a credit card it will be a cash advance and you will be charged by your credit card company as well. PLEASE BECARFUL. Also very rude service it's the customers fault all the time."

"Trophy cupcakes are hands down the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. I love their gluten free options and their GF almond joy was to die for. My only complaint is the location choice for all of the stores. We live up north and driving down to get cupcakes I noticed each store has parking issues and is inconveniently located inside a shopping center. I bet you money they would make more if they had a stand alone shop with a drive thru window for online pickups closer to the freeway. "

"I went to U Village for the first time in a while when I stumbled upon a sign talking about cupcakes. So, I walked into this cute little shop and ordered a soft serve on a cone and a gluten free salted caramel cupcake. The staff working were okay not the friendliest or most helpful until I asked questions. The soft serve reminded me of the one from McDonalds, just in a waffle cone. I didn't try customizing it or anything to just try the ice cream. Anyway, the cupcake was so delicious I haven't had a gluten free cupcake that tasty in so long! It was moist and soft and maybe had a little much frosting but overall really good."

"The nutella waffles I got were halfway cooked (if i could post pictures i would) and the toppings were just thrown. I know it wasn't the drivers fault bc the other waffle was fine and my frozen yogurt was also fine. Not to mention paying six dollars for a waffle that's the diameter of a peanut butter lid? Never again. But the frozen yogurt is always good so if it was fine."
