"The experience started out lovely. Great customer service, until I paid and I made a mistake about the change I got back. Even though I thought she had made the mistake I was graceful with her. She was defensive, impatient and erratic. It made me extremely uncomfortable. We can discuss without having attitudes and make someone who is paying and tipping feel condemned.
