"We have visited the other two Machete restaurants in the past, but this was our first time at the Colfax location. We chose to go there for our anniversary since the LoDo location did not have seating available and the Cherry Creek location did not have reservations past 5pm. We were pleased to find that the Colfax location had minimal capacity, excellent service, tables spaced far apart from other diners, and the food was just as delicious as we remembered. It was a perfect dining experience!"
