"The primary thing customers care about is consistency. Most complaints have to do with that. Quality is a nice bonus, but consistency is king. They were great the last time I went, but today I sat there, and no one ever came to the window. It’s 845am, so I know they’re open. The first ordering TV is covered, but the second one is on. There are folks inside, so I fail to see why our order wasn’t taken."
