"We came from Richmond, VA to Oakland for a work trip. When we were planning our stay, The Butcher’s Son kept coming up as one of THE vegan spots to try in the Bay Area. Suffice to say, we were not disappointed!!! The staff, chefs, and owners of TBS should give themselves HUGE props. Hands down some of the best vegan food we’ve ever eaten. Pictured are the buffalo chicken sandwich (seriously, get this) and the vegan reuben. Our meal was so great that we got dessert to-go! Hope that we are able to come back someday and enjoy this deliciousness all over again."

"First visit to Char. Heard it was a casual dressy place, upscale, so I went in a dress and heels. We ended up sitting in front of the T.V in the bar area listening to a baseball game blasting. In the Bar area with a game on. !!!!! Seriously??! We had reservations but she wouldn’t move us to the back. High prices, small portions, and lots of noise. Never again Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1"

"Great staff, excellent food, and better music. With the larger events, the concert area can become a little crowded, but if you're there for the drinks you can just as easily hear the band while sitting at the bar. Smaller events are plenty spacious. The food and drinks don't break the bank and it is the best bar food you will ever eat.If you're looking for live music in Greenville, the Radio Room is a MUST."
