"SEI catered a work event I attended. I have Celiac Disease and have to be super careful to avoid gluten. I'm sick for two weeks even from a crumb. I emailed them ahead of time and they seemed genuinely eager to accommodate and help me eat safely! They placed specific gluten free items in a sealed container ahead of time and kept it in a heated space so that I could enjoy hot, fresh food like everyone else (and kept a salad and dressing separate for me too). Peace of mind is a BIG DEAL when walking through life with food allergies, and my mind was at ease, thanks to this great team who obviously cares for the people they serve!"
