"I ordered via Grubhub and they ended up calling me to let me know that they didn’t have a certain item so I asked for them to pay me back the difference in price since I changed my order. Instead, I could clearly hear them insulting me in Spanish. It’s my second language so I understood what they were saying. I used to work in a restaurant and I understand the frustration, but no way would I treat a customer like that. If I could I would leave 0 stars. Don’t treat your customers like that."
