"My recent dining experience at Deep Blue had a decent beginning with black mussels and a Caesar salad that were both excellent. The appetizers set a high standard, making me excited for the main course. However, our decision to opt for three sushi rolls as our main dish was a disappointing choice. The sushi seemed like it came from a completely different kitchen, lacking both in presentation and flavor. It was a stark contrast to the appetizers and the main dishes our friends ordered, which looked and tasted far better.
To add to the disappointment, our sushi was served late, long after everyone else had finished their meals. Nevertheless, the restaurant made up for their mistake by not charging us for the sushi, a gesture that was appreciated and influenced my decision to give them three stars instead of one. Although the appetizers were a highlight, the sushi experience fell short of expectations. It's best to avoid ordering sushi at this place. I may consider giving it another try in the future."
