"The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! The older man who appeared to be the manager was extremely unhelpful. I had ordered my lunch online and received a message that it was ready, along with a confirmation code. When I arrived to pick it up, my order totalled $51 and some change. However, the manager claimed they never received my order and refused to do anything about it, claiming his hands were tied. I have been trying to get a refund for a week now, with no success. I never got my lunch and have not received my money back. I feel like I was robbed! This is the worst place I have ever been to and I will never go back."
