"7/29/22: My brother ordered food and he never received his food. When he called the store a lady answered the phone. While he was trying to explain the situation. My brother asked her for the supervisor and she hung up the phone. This is poor customer service. On top of this, the app kept saying various drivers were picking up the food that never arrived. This store should close down, since you do not want to assist customers and have them pay for food that never arrived. This is a ? shame¿¡ Just sad. If you do not want to work, then quit. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. SMH"
