"We ate here a few times during our stay at the Hilton Sedona at Bell Rock. I agree with others' reviews that it is hit or miss. The breakfast during the week is menu based, and you can choose from options like avocado toast, oatmeal, waffles, and dirty potatoes. During the weekend it is buffet style with a few separate items that can be ordered. We tried the avocado toast, sedona breakfast bowl, and the dirty potatoes. All were enjoyed and my favorite was the pork carnitas with the crispy potatoes covered in queso Blanco. The salsa Verde was a bit too spicy for me. We also ate some apps for dinner. The ahi poke was delicious but again it was surrounded by the spicy salsa Verde. I guess when you come to the southwest, you should expect a little heat. We also tried the cheezy tomato bisque which comes with a basic grilled cheese. The soup was alright and there was nothing special about the grilled cheese. All in all, it's a great option if you're staying on site and don't want to venture out for food."
