"The first few times we went, we loved it. But the last several visits have been awful. Tonight, I placed an order at 6:45. I was told 30-45 minutes for pick up. Went to pick up at 7:30 and had to wait an additional 35 minutes for the food. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged while watching 3 employees vaping in the kitchen. I get the food home only to realize that they have messed up 4 out of 4 plates. We weren’t told that they were out of buns and the sandwiches would be on toast, no bacon on the bacon beer cheese burger, the buffalo chicken sandwich had no buffalo sauce and the Philly cheesesteak had no peppers and onion. This on top of wrong sides and then having extras that we ordered and were charged for- beer cheese crock- not being included. How you managed to mess up every item in the order is beyond me, but apparently possible. So as much as we love to support local businesses, this will be one we avoid in the future. 1 messed up plate is a mistake, 2 and your having a bad night, but all 4, y’all weren’t even trying."
