"On a rainy day after leaving the zoo and heading back to our hotel across town, we decided to stop at Woodley Cafe before taking the Metro. Despite the lack of a crowd at 1PM, the service was friendly and prompt, with our food arriving quickly. My kids, who hadn't been impressed with nearby dining options, each gave the cafe 5 stars. They enjoyed the food, cleaned their plates, and appreciated the clean, cozy, and quiet atmosphere. They even had positive remarks about the service. It truly improved our rainy day of sightseeing. A definite 5-star experience!"

"Great service and very good taste... I have an untraditional kabob, salmon. I prefer to cook my salmon a little less, but the flavors were fabulous, rice was fluffy, and the chickpeas were perfectly cooked, on the softer side. They offer two sauces, a garlic sauce and zhoug. I definitely preferred the zhoug that was full of cilantro and lightly spicy. The garlic sauce was a Mayo eye for me. Perfectly healthy dinner during the trip."

"Food choices are great. Generous portion sizes as well. The menu is a blend of Pakistani (chapli kabob), Afghani, and mediterranean.Food prep is like a restaurant and the food costs like a fast-food place.Had Manto ... that comes with wonderful house salad. And the chicken burger where the chicken had a crisp bark. The servings and the prep even matched the pictures.All the food smell inside did remind of the fast-food place. A bit dark inside. And the place can use some sound-proofing implements to keep the sounds from bouncing around.Overall, I would give this place a big thumbs-up. Hope they keep up with their quality offerings"

"From a restaurant owner. The containers for the sides cost more than what is in the container. Both were terrible. The broccoli was yellow/old, under cooked and under seasoned. Quinoa was not seasoned and each portion might have been 4 tablespoons, at best. Bowls are very expensive for what you get but really good. Sides are terrible and extremely overpriced. Not sure I will be back."

"I have now been to Sophie 's Dough several times and can write a very real and true review. Spoiler Alert: this place ROCKS. I have only ever gotten the cookie dough, and each time I have gone, I have gotten two flavors at once. Every flavor I have tried has been PERFECT. The last combo I had a few weeks ago was a scoop of the strawberry shortcake and a scoop of the more cookies . So so so so good. It 's a lot of dough when you get two scoops. I manage to finish it all each time but only because I have been really hungry each time I get it! Another favorite flavor is the classic cookie. And you can 't forget about the birthday cake flavor-amazing. This cookie dough is the best I have ever had. My only complaint is that it is too addicting and I want to go back all the time : It 's also on the pricier side..but this is a unique item, so I understand the high prices. You will not regret treating yourself to an indulgent snack (or meal in my case at this place!"
