"Dinner was exceptional! The risotto melted in my mouth, was rich and decedenct, everything you would want in that type of dish. The shaved black truffles enhanced the aroma of the dish and elevated the flavor profile to the next level. My friend, a 72 Italian lady from Rome who is VERY particular about her pasta, was enchanted with the bucatini pomodoro. Commenting about the homemade freshness and perfect balance of tomatoes and heavy cream. We were too stuffed for any sweet treats, but next time I'll try to restrain myself with the earlier courses so I can conclude my meal properly!
