"This was our 2nd time at UVA . The first time was great and we decided to come back for my wife’s birthday. The waiter Walter) took our order, had to be prompted to open our wine bottle. It is a byob) and then he disappeared . Someone else brought our meals except mine wasn’t what I ordered. I sent it back and our waiter admitted he wrote the wrong thing down no apology) mine finally arrived and was very tough. At that point we gave up, paid the check, made a comment at the desk and left. To be fair the manager Sean) gave us a card worth $25 on our next visit and told us to ask for him next time."
