"I ordered 4 MC Doubles and they gave me single patties. The closing manager refused to give me a refund and said only the opening manager could give refunds. When I was given incorrect order I wasn?t provided with a receipt and the closing managerwas rude demanding for a receipt. I?m not able to provide a receipt that wasn?t given to me. Bad Customer service. Watch whenyou order because they give the incorrect items. Also the dining room closes at 10pm to order and all the doors where closed at9:40pm which forces customers to go to the drive through before the dining is suppose to close according to the closing hoursthey report to corporate."

"tried calling multiple times, i ordered large fries and i didn?t not get a single soft fry, all fries were hard and crunchy to bite on. the boy that was working the on the drive thru side sounded like he hated to be there. i called to let the managerknow, the manager Alexis, didn?t get her last name because ?i didn?t need to know? according to her. when i told her about thefries being too hard she asked ?did you ask for your fries to be fresh?? i didn?t know you had to ask for your food to be fresh.If Alexis is the manager and her attitude being like that then i can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like. don?t goto this mcdonald?s!"

"There are still homeless individuals begging for money in the drive-thru or on the patio, but when the manager or Miguel is present, they are asked to leave. It has improved a lot compared to before. The homeless individuals sometimes bring a cup from the garbage inside and fill it up with soda multiple times without anyone saying anything. The food is hot and the service is good."

"I enjoy this McDonald's, but their closing time is too early. Today, I arrived at 6 PM, and the dining area was already closed. It's a drive-thru only location at that time. I noticed at least six staff members inside, and they mentioned they were short-staffed, but I believe they should still be able to keep the dining area open. It's not a full-service restaurant; you order your food, clean up after yourself, and one person can manage to clean the tables every half hour. The space is extremely small, so I'm not sure how they expect to operate efficiently with such limited capacity."

"It's MCD, you know what it is. I only go for breakfast. This location is pretty fast and only messes up orders sometimes... For some reason they get the line mixed up and ask me if I had a different order. It's really confusing since there are only about 4-5 cars at 7AM, and only one line open, how do they get the orders mixed up??? Did the last car pay for my order? Did they take a different order??? No big deal just weird. Usually some nice young ladies working at the drive-thru, good for the eyes. Sometimes tea isn't sweet enough, but that hasn't happened in awhile."

"Sometimes when I stop to eat, I like to observe how good the employees are. Are they slow, fast, do they care, or are they just there for the paycheck? Thomas is one of the best I have observed. "The Big Mac I had was terrible and not fit to eat. Despite adding extra Mac sauce as requested, they also added an unexpected spicy ingredient. After the first bite, my mouth was on fire. This location can be inconsistent, and this experience was particularly disappointing. Adding ingredients without informing the customer can have serious consequences, such as allergic reactions. "The quality of the food remains the same, but I believe the term 'fast' should be taken out of their advertisements. The drive-thru service has really slowed down; the lines are getting longer, not because they are busier, but because the entire process has come to a standstill. Why is that? "I pull through the drive-thru and the customer service is excellent. I order 2 hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches for a cool $2, a McGriddle for a little bit more that comes with a hashbrown and a perfect textured orange juice. The hot and spicy mcchickens are beautiful for the $1 spent on them each. So good. The mcgiddle is amazing quality. The pancake buns are delicious with the rich flavor of maple syrup and the instant warmth of the sandwich. The food is always hot and fresh. Now the hashbrown. The hashbrown smacks. SOOO GOOOD. Perfect golden crispiness on the outside, not too mushy on the inner side, absolutely perfect. Nothing like it in the world. It just smacks."

"On my way back to Berlin Flix bus stoped there for a break. I am almost astonished why people like this kind of self service like a huge pad to order in my opinion digestible food with any taste and nothing to chew on I guess it is this famous because everything is like a big playground. Yes of course they have at this store a barrista coffee bar for a moderate price and it is aloud to use the bathroom for free therefore four stars. Thanks"
