"The customer service at this restaurant was awful. The manager, Trish, was rude and kicked us out of the store. She refused to provide any information for filing a complaint. We had accumulated over 3100 points and went to get a couple of blizzards to enjoy our ice cream. Trish insisted that the deal was buy one, get one free, even though the coupon clearly stated that any size blizzard should be free. She also would only honor one coupon per day, despite their advertising of a buy one, get one free promotion. She was disrespectful, wearing a dirty shirt, and the place had a bad odor. We spent money to earn points that we couldn't even redeem. Regardless, the coupon should have been honored. Trish has driven away a loyal customer from the company."
