"I went into Vocelli to get a simple drink. The man who approached me came to me the counter asking if I was picking up. I replied no and stated I only wanted a drink. I went to go reach for my card he replied that it was a minimum of $10. I’ve been here multiple times over the past year to get the same drink, and have never had an issue. The man said he was “the owner” he makes the rules. Well “Owner” if that is true and you make the rules, make a clear sign. No one rarely has cash a anymore. Your business will fail eventually.?SHAME ?SHAME ?SHAME ?"

"I came here for lunch while I was in the area making deliveries. The server, Garrett, was incredibly friendly and even helped me find a table with a box so I could charge my phone. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Plus, I thought Garrett was very kind, and he surprised me with a cookie for dessert. Overall, it was a fun experience. Thank you!"

"This place is great. I went here with my family and everyone loved it! The salad is always fresh, (I said they were bought on a local peasant market) and the pizza is very good. The deep dish is pretty good, but this place really seems at its thin crust. It is very crispy, and the sauce is sweet, but tomato eyes. So, in review, get the Margarita Pizza and the house salad. You will not be disappointed!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I ate at the restaurant this evening and after waiting a very long time for our food I was only able to finish half, so I had it boxed up. I then forgot the box and we went home. When I got home I realized my error so my husband drove back as it had only been a half-hour or so. He went to the server and they had thrown my box away! When my husband got home I called the restaurant to speak to the manager to make sure this was correct. I was put on hold for about ten minutes without any reply, so I hung up. If you want good service and don’t want your food immediately thrown away should you forget it (which I am sure happens very often) DO NOT eat at Italia, there are so many better choices in San Diego."

"her website did not work from the first time that I tried to place an order. should have been a red flag. I ordered a large pizza and brotsticks to deliver for right from $22. it found a little expensive, but a bit reasonable with how expansive things are. When it arrived, it was from a guy who harassed his music and just to find out the cost was just for the pizza! the pizza was good, but not amazing to cost so much. I also live 2.5 miles away. it looks over an hour to deliver. That's crazy. if they had told me before, I would have either picked it up or not ordered it at all."

"Found this place by casualty… we were trying to go eat somewhere else but didn’t let us in cause we didn’t have a reservation, while it was empty. Thank God found this place across the street and it was definitely his doing because couldn’t have had a better dinner than we did here. Definitely an excellent service at a late night hunger run. Loved the music, the ambiance, the crew working the late night shift. LOVED the decoration, had us entertained while eating our slices, finding all the people photographed on the walls, but specially LOVED LOVED LOVED the pizza. Will definitely be back if I find myself in the LES again. 100000% recommended!!!"
