"Belligerently disrespectful owner guarantees my office will never order from here again. Normally have had decent experiences here but the last 3 months the food has come out wrong entirely or with problems such as missing ingredients or added hairs that weren't ordered. When the hair was found I was told to come back and they'd make it right. When I came back a month later I was told they couldn't do anything because it had been so long. Took my food to go and ended up with two Philly Cheesesteaks with NO cheese. Offered to send a pic to the owner who still called me a liar and refused to refund the order. In a town with standards like Asheville, this place shouldn't be allowed to exist. This store is an embarrassment to the franchise and the reason why Google should let you leave ZERO stars."

"This place is DELICIOUS! The staff was extremely patient with my kids and made one hell of a sandwich. Great attitudes from staff which creates a great atmosphere. Love this place and look forward to coming back for more."
