"I enjoy this restaurant and usually order through DoorDash, but this time I decided to visit in person with a friend. While the food tasted good, there was a mix-up with my order. The person behind the counter didn’t seem to understand that my order was incorrect. I wanted to order a dinner that included my favorite butter chicken, but I ended up being charged separately for my naan, rice, and entree, resulting in a total that was significantly higher than the dinner price. Interestingly, all the employees got involved, and even the manager in the kitchen agreed with me, yet I was still required to pay the individual prices for each item. You would expect them to resolve the issue and move on, but that didn't happen, which left me feeling surprised and disappointed."
