"Do not shop at Pretty Posh. The customer service is atrocious. The clothes are mediocre and highly over priced. I purchased a shirt for $65 per suggestion of the owner while I was browsing. I came back to the store within the return policy guidelines to return said shirt and the doors were locked during working hours at 4pm on a Tuesday. I attempted to call the store where they have no working phone line (unprofessional for a small business). When I was finally able to get into the store the owner was working and was VERY rude, dismissive, and unhelpful as I explained the situation. She did not accept the return for the garment. She gave zero effort to remediate the situation. I would give negative stars if it were possible."
