"I ordered donuts and was immediately disappointed. I wanted to get a dozen with a variety of flavors, but they don't allow customization—only pre-selected assortments. This meant I had to buy a dozen individual donuts, which was much more expensive. When I finally received my order, I was even more let down. A part of my order was incorrect, and the donuts were awful. They were dry and quite thin, and some didn’t even taste fresh; they seemed like leftovers from earlier. When I raised my concerns about the order, they refunded me a mere $1.91. What a joke! I will never return to this place again."
