"my family and I had our Thanksgiving menu at mary eddy. there were things we liked and others we did not. to begin, the dinning room is beautiful, but the music was a bit overwhelming instead of in the background. they served in teams and I need to applaud them for the excellent service we have received. we ordered the deviled eggs with speck jam and that was a great start to our meal. next came the keilsalat and they had their own turn on it. it was different, but not bad. for our main course I ordered the ribeye and my wife had the flat iron steak. for a $60 steak I was not impressed. there was a little fat and gristle and I didn't taste a truffle from the sauce. it's not what I would expect from a USDA primer cut, so I must assume it was a less cut. the steak of my wife was almost dessert as from the sweet of the sauce. I think we'd prefer the sauce on the side and add it ourselves. the mac and cheese side was very good as the mushrooms. they also brought a free brussel sprout dish, but that was also quite sweet. overall, for a $200 meal, it was not worth connecting to this cost level"
