"My son and I decided to try Hyderabad House in Polaris. I’d heard through a couple of work friends that they had great Briyani. As we were sitting down, we noticed the family sitting across from us taking selfies with the menu which intrigued us and made us feel like we were in for a solid treat. When we finally looked at the manure, we were a bit shocked because didn’t realize how many different varieties of Briyani you could get here and we did not know what most of them were. So instead of picking something random that we didn’t know how to differentiate, we told our server our taste profiles and asked him to choose for us. He did not disappoint with what the dishes he chose. I got the Chicken dum Briyani and, although the chicken was somewhat bland (my opinion), the rice was truly flavorful and made the dish stand out. The naan was outstanding, some of the best I’ve found in the Columbus for how I like my naan cooked. The server even offered us a sample of the gulab jamun for dessert since he saw how adventurous we were being with the food there. I like that the restaurant is part of the grocery store but i think they could easily break off into their own brick and mortar shop. My son and I were very happy with our experience and we’re both excited to go back and try something new."
