"It's been a couple years since I've been to a Zupas but I just stopped in for dinner and wow I've been missing out. This location raises the bar as I was greeted by all the friendly staff the moment I walked in the doors and was assisted all the waythrough ordering my sandwiches, getting to sample soups and even advice on dessert. "Great soup salad and sandwich shop. We all have our favorites here but my go to is the nuts about berries salad. For sandwiches I usually go for brisket or pulled pork and for soup you can't go wrong with the cauliflower bisque but the lobster bisque is a nice alternative sometimes."

"as a regular at the location maple grove, this has thrown me away with the customer service. the best regal workers. when I was waiting for my flight, I stopped at this place, there was a young lady who trained a very nice young man. When I listened to the train, he was a breath of fresh air. she was thorough and friendly with him. If I wasn't so far away, I would try to take this talented person. well done. eating was great as always."

"I love Cafe zupas!! This is in an excellent place of the valley!! If you come to the mall to buy around, I recommend it!! I got a Cobb salad with blue cheese and I got it!! You even have a station to load your phones!! And they offer soups, sandwiches and protein bowls!! Also their bathrooms are always clean!! The staff is friendly and I love the strawberries you give with every meal!! If you have enough space, I recommend one of their deserts!!"

"If you are looking for a restaurant that has healthy tasty food look no further than Zupas. Every time I go I am very satisfied. Recently I have been purchasing rhe protein salad as I have been looking for lean and green meals for my healthy lifestyle. ? The great thing is the salad bar is laid out in front of you. You can see everything they put in your bowls. You can ask them to hold it or put extra in. They have soups and sandwiches even desserts. Each meal always comes with a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate and a role. The prices maybe higher than your normal restaurant but healthy, tasty food is worth the extra charge. I usually dine in. It's a big open dinning area and rven have tables outside. I have also taken food to go and their containers to go are nice and large so if you don't eat all the food the same day it doesn't spoil or cause other items to get nasty like other restaurants. Well ya know I don't rate these things usually unless I'm a repeat customer. I didn't used to get out here that often but I've been 3 times in the last month. So it's a nice splurg if you are looking for a good meal you really can't go wrong with any of their food."

"First the staff was really friendly and the food was great. Two of us went and got a late night dinner. The guy offered some great suggestions and was overall really happy. However the location is really really run down. It's clear that the franchise owner or corporate really has neglected basic upkeep. A clearly broken table is laying in a corner in pieces, the soda machine is a total disaster with leaks, buildup on the sides, and the list goes on. I'm surprised the health department has allowed them to keep that soda machine in service. That service area is in need of some serious repairs."

"Great place for a healthy bowl of soup and choose your own ingredient salad bar spot. They do have their own salad recipes but it's nice to be able to choose what fresh ingredients you most enjoy. They also have sandwiches however no gluten free bread options. They kept the area clean from cross contamination from what I could tell. The dining area could use some cleaning/sanitizing, but overall it's a great set-up for a quick meal. There's no way to tell if there are gluten free, dairy free options so it's best to ask. Loved the chocolate dessert. It was very thoughtful."

"I am only giving this restaurant one star because my friend was able to use the restroom while I placed my order. The service here is incredibly lacking. I tried to order a slice of sausage pizza with black olives, but was told that I could not add the olives. When I questioned this policy, the employee rudely said he could do whatever he wanted. It seems they think it's trendy to not give customers what they ask for."

"This place is a real find. The food is amazing with many options. Don't be gone if you see it's a soup, sandwich, salad café. It's so much more. Quality is excellent. The prices are fair. The chicken pesto sandwich is delicious and the Clam-Chowder is a perfect companion. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is super clean. The terrace is a beautiful plus. "I visited with my parents close to closing on July 2nd. The young Latin women at the front counter had a large family asking so many questions and taking SO long to decide and order. The worker had more patience than I ever will, it was impressive to see her be helpful and kind when most people would have been irritated. Once she took my order she still had a great attitude. I wish I could remember her name though hopefully her management team can award her with upward movement within the company."

"We got a green tea, the vegetable quiche, a dirty chai latte and a breakfast sandwich. The food was good. The quiche was dead on, and the breakfast sandwich was pretty good as well. I had higher hopes for the brioche my sandwich was made with, but maybe it just wasn't their best bake. The drinks were enjoyable though. My biggest complaint here is value. With tip, our breakfast was $50, and honestly it just wasn't worth that. The place is pretty cute though, and the people are friendly. I personally wouldn't make the return trip for breakfast anyway, but I can understand why someone would."
