"Ichi Tokyo is and has always been my favorite place to eat. Tonight they out did themselves, hands down. I always get the all you can eat. Recently when eating at the sushi bar seating the chef has been offering either a signature salad or signature roll at no extra charge. Tonight was a signature roll. It was a 2 piece roll called a lady finger. They were absolutely mind blowing. After eating an appetizer then 3 rolls and 9 pieces of sashimi, I was asked about a 2nd round and humbly asked for more lady fingers. Telling them I would gladly pay extra knowing they weren't on the all you can eat menu. After some coaxing they made a 4 piece lady finger. They were absolutely mind blowing to the point i of laughing out loud. ,lol, I literally could close my eyes and taste every flavor. I mentioned several times to add this to the full menu]. I will definitely be requesting these every time."

"Very impressed by this place. Have the Albacore and maguro Tuna as well as a shrimp Tempoura roll and spicy Tuna hand roll. They had a wide range of fish and dishes and were very well joined together. I was surprised that they had Albacore when considering that many other TN sushi restaurants I am? You don't have it. Service was great and our hostess was very attentive and service was fast (it was packed there) I don't live in Nashville, but next time we come here I would definitely eat here. Great work."
