"Only 3 stars because previous visits were great. Last weekend I got a waffle bow that had to be 3 or 4 days old (It was so stale and flavorless). It was a shame that I didn’t try it til I got home. I wrote the owner a long email explaining everything, and didn’t so much as generate a response. Go to the Twistee Treat down the street, they have never disappointed."

"On a hot August afternoon, we had a craving for ice cream and found Bruster's. This was our first time at one of their locations and really enjoyed it. We all ordered cones and thought the ice cream was delicious. I really liked the chocolate raspberry truffle flavor. My wife had mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone and said it was great. The guy serving us was super friendly and helpful. He suggested getting us cups of water (at no cost). Excellent customer service!!"
