"I have been a loyal customer of Brusters for years and have always loved this location. Recently, there has been a change in staff and it seems like they are not properly portioning the ice cream. I have noticed that the scoops on cones have been getting smaller while the prices remain the same. I'm not sure if this is only happening during certain shifts or if it's a new standard, but I hope they address this issue soon. I have heard other customers complaining about this as well."

"I leave a 1-star review because of the way they treated my daughter. that was her first job, and she was senior in the high school. she informed the owner of all that when she first applied. she wanted a FUNCTION coins and was so old that they did not turn to work. regarding their senior year activities such as senior education, graduate practice etc. my daughter was very hurt and cried for days. they gave her everything to this place and at the end they wanted to choose a year over their senior year"

"Best homemade ice cream, they rotate flavors, evenHave oat milk ice cream for lactose intolerance. I had the raspberry with chocolate swirl oat milk. Was great. Expensive, but this flavor is hard to find worth the ride."

"I really enjoy this restaurant. My favorite dish is the Large Waffle Bowl. It can be a bit expensive, but the fresh and delicious ice cream makes it worth it every time."

"One thing that I love about Bruster’s is all of the alternative ice cream options. They have oat milk, sugar free, and sherbet, which is wonderful! Most ice cream places do not have such a wide range of options. Also, their portion sizes never disappoint!"

"Regular sundae that was order is not what was received, appears to be a child scoop of ice cream, not the correct flavor of ice cream that I ordered, cherry vanilla, (unsure of what the ice cream flavor) NO whipped cream and NO cherry. Turtle Sundae was perfect"
